Player Refund Form
In order to receive a refund of registration fees, you are required to compete the following form.
Please note that refunds may be subject to a $35 Administration Fee.
Please note that refunds may be subjected to an administration fee of $35. Refunds will be paid in the same manner in which registration fees were paid: if fees were paid using VISA or MasterCard, then the refund will be issued to that card. If fees were paid by cheque or CASH, then a cheque will be issued and mailed to the address provided.
