Programs that can help cover the cost
Multiple funding sources are available to eligible families — you may qualify for more than one.
KidSport Canada
KidSport provides grants of up to $300 per sport season to children and youth ages 18 and under whose families face financial barriers to participation. Grants can be used toward registration fees for Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club programs. Applications are submitted through the KidSport website. Processing typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Jumpstart helps kids ages 4–18 from families in financial need participate in organized sport and recreation. Funding can be applied to registration fees and, in some cases, equipment costs. Applications are submitted through the Jumpstart website. Families may need to provide proof of financial need.

The Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club maintains an internal bursary fund to assist local families not covered or not fully covered by external programs. Applications are reviewed confidentially by the registrar. Funding is limited and awarded based on demonstrated need. Contact the registrar to discuss your family's situation - all inquiries are handled with complete discretion.

Choose your program
Decide whether you're applying through KidSport, JumpStart, the TSC Club Bursary, or a combination.

Complete your external application (if applicable)
For KidSport and JumpStart, applications are submitted directly through their respective websites.

Register your child through PowerUp
You don't need to wait for your financial aid application to be approved before registering.
