Tillsonburg FC operates as the competitive committee within the Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club, which means players and families benefit from the full support of the club's infrastructure, board, and community - while competing at a level that challenges elite youth talent.
Our teams compete in the Elgin-Middlesex Soccer League (EMSL), one of the most respected regional leagues in Southwestern Ontario. EMSL competition exposes our players to quality opposition, structured seasons, and the kind of regular high-level match experience that accelerates development.
Our coaching philosophy is built around long-term athlete development - technical skill, tactical understanding, physical preparation, and the mental resilience to compete and grow.

Competitive Director
The Competitive Operations Committee is responsible for the administration and delivery of competitive soccer programming in accordance with the TMSC Operations Manual and the rules and regulations established by Ontario Soccer. All members of the Competitive Operations Committee are appointed subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
The Committee oversees coach recruitment and management, scheduling, enforcement of operational policies and procedures, and budget oversight. Through these responsibilities, the Committee helps ensure a positive, consistent, and high-quality competitive soccer experience for all participants.
