The Tillsonburg FC Competitive Program offers boys and girls ages U8 through U18 the opportunity to train and compete in an environment that promotes excellence, growth, and teamwork.
Through high-quality coaching, challenging training sessions, and competitive league play, athletes develop the technical skills, tactical knowledge, and physical conditioning needed to succeed at the next level. Our experienced coaching staff focuses on both player development and team success, helping athletes reach their individual goals while contributing to a positive team culture.
More than just soccer, our program encourages confidence, leadership, sportsmanship, and lasting connections within the Club and the community.

Competitive Director
The Competitive Operations Committee is responsible for the administration and delivery of competitive soccer programming in accordance with the TMSC Operations Manual and the rules and regulations established by Ontario Soccer. All members of the Competitive Operations Committee are appointed subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
The Committee oversees coach recruitment and management, scheduling, enforcement of operational policies and procedures, and budget oversight. Through these responsibilities, the Committee helps ensure a positive, consistent, and high-quality competitive soccer experience for all participants.
