Recreational soccer at Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club is built on a simple philosophy: participation comes first. We don't measure success by wins and losses - we measure it by how many kids run off the field with a smile.
Our coaches are trained not just in the technical side of the game, but in creating positive, inclusive environments where every player - regardless of ability - feels like a valuable part of the team. We follow Ontario Soccer's Long-Term Player Development framework.

RECREATIONAL OPERATIONS COMMITTEE
The Recreational Operations Committee is responsible for the planning, administration, and delivery of recreational soccer programming in accordance with the TMSC Operations Manual. All Committee members are appointed subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
The Committee works to ensure that recreational programs are delivered in a safe, organized, and positive environment that supports player development and participation. Specific roles and responsibilities of Committee members are outlined in the TMSC Operations Manual.
Areas of responsibility include:
Recruitment, support, and oversight of recreational coaches and volunteers.
Scheduling of recreational programming, including practices, games, and special events.
Implementation and enforcement of Club policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Budget planning, monitoring, and financial oversight for recreational programming.
Coordination and administration of recreational soccer operations to ensure a positive experience for players, families, coaches, and volunteers.
Through effective leadership and governance, the Recreational Operations Committee helps ensure the continued success and growth of recreational soccer within Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club.
